Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We currently ship across India and selected international destinations.

  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 Business Days
  • Remote Areas: 7–10 Business Days

International Orders

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, public holidays, transportation delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.
  • Promotional offers such as free shipping may be available on selected orders and will be clearly mentioned on the website.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details.
  • You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided in the email.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Gianna Ricco shall not be liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from:

  • Incorrect address details
  • Incorrect contact information
  • Customer unavailability during delivery attempts

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery requests.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photographs of the package and product
  • Description of the issue

We will investigate the matter and provide a suitable resolution.

International Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, and import charges may be imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Order Cancellation
