Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- The item must not show any signs of wear, damage, alteration, or use.
- A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Products marked as non-returnable on the product page
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at support@giannaricco.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.
- Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
- Ship the item to the return address provided by our team.
Please do not send products back without prior approval.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- The refund may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged during delivery
- Incorrectly shipped
If you need an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
- Our team will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. However, you may initiate a return after delivery if the item meets our return conditions.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Shipping charges paid during the original purchase are non-refundable.
